Payment Drop Box: The drop box is now located outside of the Cashier's Office on the main floor of the Lory Student Center.
Pay Your Bill On-line: This site will allow you to see your current and total amounts due and make an electronic check (e-check) payment using your personal checking account or credit card* payment for your student bill, commercial bill, or Perkins/HPL Loan. You will be assessed a 2.9% service charge* for the convenience of using a credit card. However, e-check is the preferred method and is free. Current Students: Logon to RAMweb and click on the Pay Your Bill link. Former Students: Logon to RAMrecords and click on the Pay Your Bill link. Parents: Parents and other non-student/non-alumni may make payments over the web without going through RAMweb/RAMrecords. Students will need to first create a CASHNet® PIN in RAMweb/RAMrecords, and then share that PIN with the person who will be paying on their account. Go to CSU Payments Site. Commercial Payers: Commercial Payers may make payments over the web without going through RAMweb/RAMrecords. You will need the CSUID and CASHNet® PIN for the account that you are paying on. Telephone Credit Card Payment Using CASHNet SMARTPAY: Using this system you can find out your current and total amounts due and make a credit card payment. You will be assessed a 2.9% service charge for the convenience of using this service. Please Note: Telephone payment requires a numeric CASHNet® PIN. Toll free number 1-866-517-5570 Current Students: Create, Change, or Delete your CASHNet® PIN by logging onto RAMweb. Former Students: Create, Change, or Delete your CASHNet® PIN by logging onto RAMweb. Parents: Students will need to first create a CASHNet® PIN in RAMweb/RAMrecords, and then share that PIN with the person who will be paying on their account. Commercial Payers: Call Accounts Receivable Operations at 970-491-6466 to have them create your CASHNet® PIN.
